Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QC Chemists to ensure flawless execution of quality control testing and analysis.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain the highest standards in our laboratory operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine testing priorities and successfully implement QC strategies.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and interpret results to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional development.
  • Strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a QC chemistry environment.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
