About the Role
The role reports to the Head of APAC Sales, Regulatory Compliance. You will be managing a team of Relationship Managers responsible for the Australia and New Zealand territories.
Responsibilities
- Delivering revenue and retention targets through the close management of the team and existing account portfolio.
- Providing coaching and leadership to the Relationship Managers. Ensuring they deliver against contact expectations to enhance our customers experience of the product. Assist through on-boarding process and provide opportunities for upsell.
- Supporting the Product and Content team. Providing feedback from the customer base and market as to how the product can be improved.
- Collaborating with the Business Development Lead. Plan and manage a positive onboarding experience for customers as they transition from new business to relationship management.
- Engaging with the Product Specialist to support customer issues and assist the RM team navigate more challenging customer scenarios.
- Providing portfolio reporting to identify risks and trends in performance.
Requirements
- Have proven experience in relationship management, account strategic planning and engaging with C-suite stakeholder
- Prior experience in legal or compliance industry will be advantageous
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership and people management role, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and team members
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
