Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to deliver on core group KPI’s, through the effective management of your team. Onboard, train and continue to develop your staff, in order to create a high-performance sales culture.
Oversee performance and productivity of your team and ensure that each staff member is delivering against key call centre productivity measures and KPI’s. The role will sit alongside and collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers, across the business, in order to deliver a consistent and seamless service to our customers.
There are three Team Leader positions that are available in multiple locations.
