Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, personal care, sleepovers, transport, social support, domestic assistance, companionship, nursing and respite care.
Right at Home is seeking a motivated Team Leader for our Merredin Office to manage and oversee the daily operations of our clients.
The successful candidate will ensure the provision of quality services and support to clients in a safe, respectful, and professional manner, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate will have the following:

  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Ensure the provision of culturally appropriate and sensitive services to clients, with a focus on their individual needs and preferences
  • Manage client incidents and complaints in accordance with company’s incident reporting and management policies and procedures
  • Liaise with clients, their families, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure that the services and supports provided meet their needs

Promote the company’s values and philosophy in all interactions with clients, staff and stakeholders

PREFERRED SKILLS

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care desirable but not necessary. Training will be provided.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutions
  • Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
