RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Perform final validation of more complex financing contracts and syndication transactions to ensure compliance with provincial legal standards and internal company policies;
  • Act as a resource person for the team in their day-to-day issues effectively;
  • Oversee workflows, shared mailboxes and funding deadlines to ensure a smooth operation that meets our service level agreements;
  • Identify training needs within the team or across departments and participate in training initiatives;
  • Represent the department when required on meetings and/or projects outside the department;
  • Generate monthly reports to support departmental KPIs;
  • Collaborate with team managers to identify avenues for continuous improvement, contributing to streamline processes, reduce timelines, and enhance customer experience;
  • Collaborate with other team members to update departmental procedures;
  • Perform any additional tasks to support of department managers, as needed.
