As a Team Leader - Vehicle Inspector, you’ll manage a dynamic production team, driving efficiency, quality, and training to reach the team’s targets whilst producing a Carma quality car. In this role you will be the final quality control point that our cars go through in our production site. Everything from checking cosmetic repairs to ensuring that we have accurately represented our Carma cars on the website.
Responsibilities:
- Become the go-to person in your team by offering advice, answering their questions and guiding them to thrive in their role
- Support and work with a Lead within your team to coordinate the team’s workload to set & meet daily targets while keeping them motivated.
- Help drive end-to-end workflow and production with other Senior Leads and their teams
- You will be the final quality control point of our reconditioning process, you get to review that all repairs listed in our system have been completed to the highest standards.
- Raising any rework required for other Senior Leads
- Manage and solve any challenge coming your way, making sure that you collaborate with other senior leads to solve them
- People management - from developing training to day-to-day tasks like approving leave, and timesheets and providing feedback to each team member.
- Find the way to improve processes: having a continuous improvement mindset is key for this role
