Description:

BRS is expanding! We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Team Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships of all sizes, serving as the primary point of contact for both external clients and our internal recruiting team.

1) CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Act as the face of BRS, fostering strong relationships with clients and providing oversight to the recruiting team.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s market position, hiring needs, and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate client input to initiate candidate searches with clear direction and timelines.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders across various levels.
  • Manage ongoing client communication and relationships regarding current, new, and upcoming search opportunities.
  • Facilitate candidate presentations, gather client feedback, schedule interviews, conduct post-interview follow-ups, and oversee offer processes.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the internal recruiting team and clients, guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Leverage networking opportunities by attending client visits, trade shows, and industry events.

2) Team Management and Coaching

  • Lead and mentor a team of Talent Relations Specialist and an Talent Coordinator Specialist, providing guidance and support to drive recruitment efforts.
  • Direct the recruiting team in identifying talent pipelines for assigned roles.
  • Conduct thorough job kick-offs, including client briefings, research, and sourcing strategy direction.
  • Communicate effectively with the recruiting team, ensuring alignment on job status, client feedback, and upcoming client needs.
  • Offer assistance to recruiters in candidate review processes before client submissions.
  • Provide guidance and support to recruiters and candidates throughout the interview process, including interview preparation, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Offer strategic input on job description priorities.

3) Account Retention and Growth

  • Proactively maintain connections with clients and monitor market changes to identify new search opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure consistent and effective engagement with all clients.
  • Present proposals for new business opportunities to existing or potential clients, as needed.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENT:

  • Applicant with outsourcing recruitment/ HR background will be preferred.
  • CEI Certified.
  • Ambitious and resilient individuals with a great sense of personal drive.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels. (C-Level down to entry level support roles)
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong writing, phone and presentation skills.
