Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or equivalent.
- With 3 - 5 years of working experience as Team Lead in Financial Institutions or relevant field.
- Experience in SME Loans, Machinery/ Equipment Loan is a must.Excellent communications skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Relationship Manager (RMs), ensuring the RMs meet the targeted loans objectives of the business.
- Engage in daily interactions with RMs to drive performance oriented objectives.
- Guide/coach/motivate RMs to achieve their individual targets.
- Assist HOD conduct market surveys and strategize product and pricing policies targeted at growing the loan portfolio.Review and evaluate loan proposals and make appropriate recommendations to the relevant approving authorities.
