Description:
Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of the marketing department, ensuring its efficient and effective operation.
- Promote the company’s loan products, co-ordinates and supervises the activities of all marketing and sales functions.
- Work with Dy HOD to lead and manage RMs to meet the targeted loan objectives of the business.
- Strategize and drive marketing initiatives, including automation, in line with company’s vision
- Communicate and execute “go to market” strategies including the development and implementation of new product initiatives.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to management on current market developments & sentiments.
- Evaluate loan proposals and make appropriate recommendations to the relevant approving authorities.
- Conduct market surveys and strategize product and pricing policies targeted at growing the loan portfolio.
- Develop and grow the company’s main loan segments, including. property loans, auto loans and SME equipment loans as well as participate in syndication loans.
- Review and update lending guidelines and table rates on a timely basis to stay relevant to the market environment
- Lead and motivate RMs to grow and achieve excellence in their job functions in line with statutory compliance and personal integrity.
- Supervise the Admin Team in reviewing and performing various regulatory reporting,, Self-Assessment of Operation risk, etc.
- Prepare annual budget for the Department.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
