The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.
Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking to appoint aTeam Manager, Operationsfor our Laverton Northfacility in Melbourne.
This is a frontline, leadership role with a Wednesday to Saturday, 2pm to midnight roster, focused on ensuringthe site is operating in a safe, compliant, profitable, and cost-efficient manner whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service is being delivered.
We’re looking for a Team Manager with a safety-first mindset and the energy & enthusiasm to support an engaged and high performing team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the implementation & management of site safety initiatives and being a visible safety champion, ensuring safety policies & procedures are adhered to.
  • Role modelling the values and behaviours of the company and leading by example, enabling effective collaboration between teams.
  • Ensuring agreed customer service levels are met on a consistent basis and regularly reviewing operational performance and taking corrective actions to address any issues.
  • Supporting and managing the performance of the team, including reviewing KPIs, ensuring productivity outcomes are achieved and inventory is appropriately managed.
  • Ensuring daily and weekly labour and resourcing requirements are met.
  • Ensuring all team members are trained to operate all machinery/equipment and understand the company’s warehouse work systems.
  • Engaging the team frequently to drive a constructive and positive culture.
