As our Projects Team Manager, you will lead a skilled and motivated team responsible for carrying out a range of programmed and responsive works to maintain designated sites within our contract area. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and within specified deadlines. These tasks are highly visible to the public, emphasising the need for consistent quality standards in parks and open spaces.

Catch up with your Ops Manager, client or sub-contractor.
Head out to your scenic outdoor office where you will spend 50-75% of your day on the tools to support your team with anything from landscaping, installing, or repairing picnic tables and chairs, bollards, artworks, and shelters.
On other days, you could be conducting internal audits, scoping and pricing *of projects, assisting with tender submissions, organising subcontractors, planning, and coordinating for projects and liaising with clients.
