Poke Fin is the shared vision of two experienced restaurateurs. Through a whole lot of blood, sweat, and tears Poke Fin became a reality in March of 2020. It has been a wonderful two years with the company, with a second location underway.
Poke Fin is home to many different experience backgrounds, and people from all different walks of life. We take pride in our ability to turn any Team Member into a Poke Professional.
Every member of our team at Poke Fin, including the owner, seeks to accomplish a shared goal every day; and that goal is to:
Serve a perfect product with superb service, in an enjoyable environment that creates a note-worthy experience for any guests.
This goal is enabled through our internal operating system. In short, this system will inform, educate, and prepare you to become a knowledgeable, confident, and capable Poke Professional.
Poke Fin is happy to boast about the positive work environment that our team operates in. The recipes and kitchen techniques have been curated by professional chefs. The artwork found in and outside of the store is all done by local artists. The time and care that has been taken in creating Poke Fin has resulted in great success. Our journey is far from over and we hope to take as many people with us on this journey…
With that being said, here is a synopsis of the position requirements & responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer Facing Experience (6 Months - 1 Year)
• Food Service Experience (6 Months - 1 Year)
• Food Handlers Card (Can be given to you through Poke Fin free of charge, if you don’t already have it)
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Available to work a variety of hours, weekends and nights included.
• You must be at least 18 years old

• Interact and educate guests about Poke Fin products.
• Communicate proficiently with Poke Fin staff.
• Maintain organizational standards (Cleanliness, Organizational, Service)
• Process cash and card transactions on a POS terminal.
• Adhere to the Poke Fin handbook and safety guidelines.
• Preserving the good image of Poke Fin
