WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst, Team Member Relations.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Human Resource Department’s objective to provide Team Member Relations support through understanding, developing, and facilitating HR solutions to achieve the desired business objective.
This onsite position is based at our manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance isn’t available for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management and resolution of team member issues and concerns and Human Resource related functions.
- Project management to include development, implementation and PDCA cycle.
- Responsible for assigned hoshin priorities.
- Train coach and guidance to supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Administrator for regional and local policies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
