This is a global organisation and a leader within the financial industry. They pride themselves on their commitment to quality and innovation and are currently seeking a team coordinator to join their team. The role of the coordinator will be to maintain seamless administrative and operational functions within the office, providing support to three distinct teams.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong diary management, administration, organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience working within a financial or professional services environment
- Experience supporting senior management in day to day duties
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Capacity to handle challenging situations in a professional and highly confident manner
- Experience working within high pressure environments with the ability to be adaptable to competing demands
- High attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating calendar and meetings both internally and externally
- Prepare correspondence including client packages, reports, proposals and other documentation
- Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding of new clients and team members
- Maintaining firm policy, system processes and implement changes effectively
- Coordinating travel and team client functions
- Efficiently managing phone calls and all incoming and outgoing correspondence to the department
- Ensuring databases and client files are up to date and updated when required
- Attending to and monitoring urgent queries, issues and action items
- Communicating and liaising with clients, prospects and stakeholders
