Job Description
In the area of Quality Control Testing of Biopharmaceuticals (bioassays, methods for purity and identity, physico-chemical and microbiological methods) at the site in Planneg/Munich we are looking for a new Team lead (m/f/d)

Qualifications

• Completed university or technical college degree
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a GMP environment
• Initial management experience is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility and communication and assertiveness skills
• Strong quality awareness
• Good knowledge of English and Germa

• Responsibility for the organization and management of the department
• Ensuring efficient, economical, quality and timely analytics
• Ensuring that work is carried out under scientific and regulatory aspects (GMP)
• Optimizing the use of personnel, material and energy resources and managing CIP projects
• Coordination of work packages between client and laboratory
• Creation and conception of analytical procedures
• Creation of personnel planning and ensuring continuous employee and qualification development
