QUALIFICATIONS (ESSENTIAL)
- A degree in business studies/commercial law or completed vocational training with comprehensive specialist knowledge in the areas of customs and foreign trade
- Very good experience and knowledge of customs tariffing, foreign trade, preferential duties, import, export and export control law
- Experience in engagement with customs authorities
- Solid knowledge of international transport and customs management
- Good MS Office
- Good Customs software (e.g. ATLAS) knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in similar role/area
- Business proficiency in Polish and English, additional language skills (preferably German or Russian) would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Coordination, monitoring and optimization of all customs procedures
- Authorization management for all customs authorizations
- Technical employee leadership
- Acting as a contact person for future customs audits and all relevant audits concerning Dual Use or export controls
- Monitoring the tariff classification and classification of goods
- Ensuring compliance with customs and export law
- Coordination and monitoring of legal export control matters (lists of goods, embargo regulations, personnel control, sanctions list screening, etc.)
- Preparation of customs and export-specific documentation (process descriptions, etc.) and implementation in practice
- Acting as a central point of contact for all specialist departments and external service providers in the area of customs
- Representing the company to authorities
- Cooperation in relevant projects
