Teamlead Ground Testing (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

• You will lead team of approx. 8 ground test engineers (sub department of flight & ground test so called bench test /ground test domain focusing on equipment to system level testing on bench)
• You provide technical and managerial (disciplinary role) direction to young and motivated engineers within system Bench test / ground test domain.
• Being a product owner, you will be an active part of Product Increment (PI) planning and representing ground test team.
• Responsible for PI based test task planning, effort & resource estimation and support head of flight and ground test in the activity.
• You manage testing and validation projects and timelines, equipment, and staff logistics within your domain.
• Responsible and Lead /actively guide team in selecting / developing test instrumentation, Test rigs and benches.
• Manage Equipment functional testing, Endurance testing on ground and DO160 based lab/environmental testing.
• You and your team support engineering with test requirements review and test plans preparation.
• You will work closely with our certification department, flight test team, SW and HW development team.
