JOB DESCRIPTION

Deutsch:

• Verantwortung für alle operativen Maßnahmen zur Absicherung der technischen Verfügbarkeit aller Produktionsmaschinen und -anlagen am Standort
• Abstimmung mit Produktion zur vorrauschauenden Wartung und Instandhaltung sowie geplanten bzw. ungeplanten Reparaturen
• Kennzahlenverantwortung für den Verantwortungsbereich
• Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit den Supportbereichen z.B. Qualität
• Verantwortung für die Schnittstellen aller im Auftrag der Instandhaltung tätigen externen Dienstleister
• Verantwortung für die Ablauforganisation und aktive Verbesserung/ Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereiches
• Verantwortlich für die Erfüllung aller Anforderungen, welche sich aus dem KVP Prozess ableiten, d.h. Maßnahmen technisch/kaufmännisch bewerten und umsetzen
• Verantwortlich für die Ausführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten gemäß dem Materialwirtschaftskonzept im ERP-System
• Verantwortlich für die Ausführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten gemäß unseren Beschaffungsprozessen im ERP-System
• Bereichsverantwortlich für die Ausführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten gemäß unseren Entsorgungsprozessen in Abstimmung mit Umweltmanagement
• Disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung für den Verantwortungsbereich
• Einhaltung der Richtlinien des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes im Verantwortungsbereich / Übertragung der Unternehmerpflichten
• Strategische Personalplanung und Personalentwicklung inkl. Ermittlung des Qualifikationsbedarfes, Umsetzung geplanter Schulungen, Pflege der Qualifikationsmatrix, für den gesamten Verantwortungsbereich

Englisch:

• Responsibility for all operational measures to ensure the technical availability of all production machines and systems at the site
• Coordination with production for predictive maintenance and servicing as well as planned and unplanned repairs
• Responsibility for key indicators for the area of responsibility
• Coordination of cooperation with the support areas, e.g. the quality department
• Responsibility for the interfaces of all external service providers working
• Responsibility for the process organization and active improvement/ further development of the area of responsibility
• Responsible for the fulfillment of all requirements derived from the CIP process, i.e. evaluating and implementing technical/commercial measures
• Responsible for the execution of all function-specific activities according to the materials management concept in the ERP system
• Responsible for the execution of all function-specific activities according to our procurement processes in the ERP system
• Responsible for the execution of all function-specific activities in accordance with our disposal processes in coordination with environmental management
• Disciplinary management of staff
• Compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines in the area of responsibility / transfer of entrepreneurial duties
• Personnel planning and development, including determining qualification requirements, implementing planned training courses, maintaining the qualification matrix

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

Deutsch:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes vierjähriges Hochschulstudium im Fachbereich Maschinenbau oder Kraftfahrzeugtechnik oder gleichwertiger Ausbildung
• ADA-Schein
• Langjährige (mind. 6 Jahre) fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Instandhaltungsbereich in der Automobilindustrie mit nachgewiesener Führungserfahrung
• Gute Kommuikationsfähigkeit

Englisch:

• Successfully completed a four-year university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or any equivalent training
• Instructor qualification (ADA)
• Many years (at least 6 years) of specialized professional experience in maintenance in the automotive industry with proven management experience
• Good communication skills
