About the Role
As a Tech Customer Spt Analyst III U.S. B you will provide post-sale technical support services to customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring various systems to ensure customers have access to data solutions’ products and services
  • Monitoring data quality, managing data supply and preparing reports
  • Resolving incidents involving technical failures or issues of data quality
  • Managing escalations from Customer Support
  • Ensuring data delivery from suppliers and reviewing data incorporation on LexisNexis data stores
  • Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline, and broadens capabilities
  • Working in a moderate level of guidance. I.e train or mentor new colleagues and provide input to employee performance evaluations
  • Applying theories and processes proficiently

Requirements

  • Display knowledge of basic concepts and procedures
  • Demonstrate previous database experience and basic development experience
  • Use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
  • Show understanding of key business drivers
