Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the organization and coordination of tech employer branding events aimed at showcasing our company’s culture, values, and career prospects.
- Take charge of managing and curating the content of our engineering blog, ensuring it’s replete with top-notch technical content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop comprehensive personas of tech talent to gain deeper insights into their needs, preferences, and aspirations.
- Formulate and execute a strategy to effectively reach and engage with tech talent across various channels, including social media platforms, industry forums, and professional networks.
- Showcase our company’s achievements and contributions to the tech landscape, highlighting how we’re driving innovation through the strategic adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
- Foster close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure seamless alignment between employer branding initiatives and overarching marketing objectives.
