Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Tech Lead and Architect to join our dynamic and growing team.
You are a strong leader, mentor, and coach. You will work in a cross-functional team and lead the entire agile software development life cycle. You can build and lead a DevOps culture, you are a strong agile advocate and an expert in building secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable cloud solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS ROLE

  • Experience in growing and leading software teams
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and leadership
  • Experience in software architecture, including distributed systems and cloud solutions
  • Experience with implementing and driving Agile practices and disciplines
  • Experience with driving a DevOps culture and enabling Continuous Delivery and Security
  • Passion for software quality and test automation
  • A strong knowledge in
  • Azure
