Description:
Our Delta Technology team is looking for a Tech Lead to help and support one of our clients, a major player within the Financial services industry
The Tech Lead will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the product-oriented delivery of the dedicated OTC application, built from scratch
- Lead a team of Java developers, ensuring team unity and high performance
- Develop and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures
- Participate in the development of solutions using best coding practices and the latest technologies
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability
- Propose innovative solutions to improve existing processes and meet client needs
- Guide the team members, supporting their professional growth and technical expertise
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Java, with more than 10 years of experience using related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Angular, React) is a plus
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken French and English
