Description:

We are looking to add a collaborative, inclusive and experienced Tech Lead who has a passion for developing and supporting world class products within a cross functional team, using state of the art AWS technologies.
The Tech Lead collaborates with the engineering leadership and product teams to create a technical vision, then works with their team to turn that vision into a reality. They are involved in all aspects of a feature, from initial solution design, to development, then deployment, and finally monitoring in production. The role is hands on, assisting with feature leads, ensuring quality and timeliness of feature delivery, and coaching team members on their technical skills. The Tech Lead role leads by example to set the standard for engineering excellence within their teams.

  • Ability and interest to coach and mentor team members from a technical aspect
  • Experience in C#.NET, Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS, SQL, Microservices, Cloud Services
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to share knowledge, eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
