Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a CDI/CAI Tech Lead or similar role in data integration and cloud analytics.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (e.g. IICS, IDQ, IDD).
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, modeling, and warehousing principles.
- Experience with public sector projects and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions with Informatica IDMC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows for complex integration processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Implement and manage cloud-based data warehousing and analytics solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data integration team.
- Define and implement data integration strategies and best practices with architects and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data integration and cloud analytics.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
