Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a CDI/CAI Tech Lead or similar role in data integration and cloud analytics.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (e.g. IICS, IDQ, IDD).
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts, modeling, and warehousing principles.
  • Experience with public sector projects and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions with Informatica IDMC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and workflows for complex integration processes.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based data warehousing and analytics solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data integration team.
  • Define and implement data integration strategies and best practices with architects and stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data integration and cloud analytics.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
