Tech Lead / Sr. Full Stack Developer
Position Description
Looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Developer - Fullstack .Net. If you are a passionate and experienced fullstack .Net developer with a knack for leadership and innovation, we want to hear from you.
This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S. within commuting distance to a CGI office.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in Fullstack .Net development
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading technology development teams
  • Communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • 10 or more years of professional experience with 3-5 years in the Tech Lead role
  • Solid background in Designing & Implementing Applications using technologies defined by the Enterprise Architecture
  • Must have full stack development experience on Microsoft Azure cloud
  • Knowledge of leveraging Microsoft Azure PaaS/ IaaS/ IPaaS is required
  • Strong application development skills in C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL Server and SSIS packages and .NET Core Architecture understanding
  • Experience or working knowledge with NoSQL (Cosmos or MongoDB) is desirable
  • Experience in caching techniques, concurrency patterns and Web Development Concepts (State Management, Stateless Development)
  • REST Services Architecture knowledge and Asynchronous Programming Paradigm
  • Experience using logging and diagnostic tools in Azure to discover, diagnose, and solve problems.
  • Strong experience in analyzing and optimizing already deployed applications.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands on experience designing and developing objects and components of relational database.
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities (including agile and scrum patterns)
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, with a strong preference for Agile experience.
  • Knowledge of Jira, DevOps, test automation, and CI/CD best practices
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles and architectural patterns for building a scalable application

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $50,000 - $133,500.
