    Devoteam is seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Tech Manager for CyberTrust. This role is instrumental in leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge CyberTrust and Compliance solutions internally and for our customers. You will be working from our 2 state-of-the-art offices (Windhof and Clausen), and at our clients’.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution architecture leadership :
  • Lead the design and development of innovative CyberTrust and Compliance solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams on Security and Compliance best practices
  • Provide monitoring and technical decision-making on all cybersecurity projects and subjects, both internally and with customers
  • Provide technical and moral support to the team to ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Develop and implement secure processes and systems used to prevent, detect, mitigate, and recover from cyberattacks.
  • Client engagement:
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding CyberTrust and Compliance initiatives
  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of CyberTrust solutions, addressing client needs effectively.
  • IT Security management:
  • Take charge of the IT security aspect of the internal infrastructure, ensuring optimal security in compliance with relevant regulations (CSSF)
  • Develop and drive a cybersecurity strategy and framework, with initiatives to secure the organization’s cyber and technology assets
  • Continuously evaluate and manage the cyber and technology risk posture of the organization
  • Implement and manage the cyber governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) process
  • Investment management:
  • Develop, justify, and evaluate cybersecurity investments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Training and Awareness:
  • Develop and implement ongoing security awareness training and education for users to promote a culture of cybersecurity within the organization.
  • Presales:
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Presales teams on all CyberTrust presales activities. Facilitate the redaction, evaluation, formatting, and logistics of Requests for Proposals related to CyberTrust
  • Collaborate with Sales and Presales team to defend, pitch and facilitate the signing of new business.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology OR related CyberTrust experience on the field (3+ years)
  • Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of CyberTrust and Compliance solutions within Microsoft Cloud portfolio (focus on M365 and Azure)
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks, regulations, and best practices (Focus on CSSF, CAA, NIS, NIS2, DORA, GDPR, ISO27001)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Experience in pre-sales support, bid management, and client relationship management is a must
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
