PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• 3+ years of practical and demonstrated experience in Unified Communications/telecommunications or IT businesses
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication, IT or electrical engineering or Computer Science
• Solid experience of software applications/interfaces
• Knowledge and technical understanding of Video and wireless technologies
• Knowledge of networking (IP, switches and setting up environments)
• Experience with hardware configuration setting
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams
• Proficient Softphone knowledge especially Zoom
• Experience in providing technical support
