REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of German OR Italian OR French min. C1 and English min. B2
  • Min. 1 years of experience in any form of customer service (Technical, Financial, Customer Service Support, Call Center, in tourism and hotel industry )
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to work in shifts between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday-Sunday - you will work 5 days at week)
  • Willingness to work full from office in Bucharest

Responsibilities:

  • Contact with users (B2B) via email, phone and chat
  • Represent the organization as a contact unit with strategic users
  • Apply solutions and responses to customer inquiries by responding to their needs
  • Escalate complex user issues
  • Ability to draw conclusions
  • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience (through the use of better tools or product enhancements)
  • Work to solve user problems as first contact (escalating when access limitations or tool limitations or technical complexity are present).
