Responsibilities:

  • Define, analyze & identify improvements to engineering processes adapted to internal & external customer needs.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement advanced tools, software, and processes to streamline engineering development, testing, and production processes.
  • Lead workshops to capture internal & external function & business requirements
  • Interact with different parts of the organization to ensure applicability of proposed solutions
  • Support improvement initiatives within engineering aligned with the product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy of the organization, in collaboration with the Business & Information Solutions team
  • Develop training programs and documentation to educate and guide aerospace staff on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to best practices.
  • Assist users during & after the deployment of process & tools improvements
  • Manage team priorities & activities effectively
  • Prepare & participate in meeting with the development team to discuss & align project related activities
  • Provide regular visibility on the different projects you manage
  • Develop & harmonize project schedules & ensure adherence from the technical team
  • Lead activities to identify, manage & mitigate project risks
  • Facilitate problem solving, ensure stakeholder engagement & resolve issues efficiently
  • Evolve in a flexible & hybrid work environment where part of the time is spent working remotely
