Responsibilities:
- Define, analyze & identify improvements to engineering processes adapted to internal & external customer needs.
- Evaluate, select, and implement advanced tools, software, and processes to streamline engineering development, testing, and production processes.
- Lead workshops to capture internal & external function & business requirements
- Interact with different parts of the organization to ensure applicability of proposed solutions
- Support improvement initiatives within engineering aligned with the product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy of the organization, in collaboration with the Business & Information Solutions team
- Develop training programs and documentation to educate and guide aerospace staff on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to best practices.
- Assist users during & after the deployment of process & tools improvements
- Manage team priorities & activities effectively
- Prepare & participate in meeting with the development team to discuss & align project related activities
- Provide regular visibility on the different projects you manage
- Develop & harmonize project schedules & ensure adherence from the technical team
- Lead activities to identify, manage & mitigate project risks
- Facilitate problem solving, ensure stakeholder engagement & resolve issues efficiently
- Evolve in a flexible & hybrid work environment where part of the time is spent working remotely
