We achieve this by integrating with hundreds of devices, protocols, and APIs, managing a complex system to make the data actionable. Currently, we’re connected to over 700,000 metering points. On top of the energy data platform, we also offer add-ons that help building managers set up and monitor their metering infrastructure as well as create more transparency for tenants.

The building sector is responsible for approximately 40% of global carbon emissions, and we help some of Europe’s largest real estate firms in their decarbonisation efforts. Through our energy data platform, our clients gain a comprehensive and detailed understanding of their portfolio’s energy consumption. These insights enable them to decarbonise their operations effectively, measure progress, and drive sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play the central role in managing the full relationship with our clients, ensuring their success with Comgy. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, client focus, and project management skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide the first line of technical support, and drive value through the effective use of our product. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to drive impactful change in decarbonising the building sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing support.

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of energy data management and metering in buildings as well as of our solution ComgyOS, and how the solution aligns with their decarbonization goals.

  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely resolution of any challenges.
  • Value and Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for renewals and strategic account expansion, working closely with sales and account management teams.
  • Product Advocacy: Act as a client advocate, gathering feedback and prioritizing feature enhancements to inform Comgy’s ongoing development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on energy industry trends, market & regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to enhance client interactions and inform strategic decisions.
