As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for our Prague office, you are tasked with post-sales customer journey with primary focus on the successful adoption and continuous expansion of Keboola platform within the key organizations. By identifying champions and developing relations with key departments you are helping people successfully drive change in their organization. Technical Account Managers are continually focused on helping customers improve the way the organization uses data and help them be successful with Keboola.
By developing a close relationship with clients and ensuring they have the proper support and tools to get the most value out of our products and services, the TAM is responsible for getting insight into the clients’ needs and challenges and working with our internal teams to ensure they are being addressed to the clients’ satisfaction.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Have 3+ years of experience as an Account or Service Relationship Manager within B2B data/tech companies or consultancies for Enterprise customers.
  • Have strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and drive ‘win-win’ revenue opportunities within an existing account base.
  • Have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and development and the desire to grow in your role and with the company.
  • Are technically savvy with a deep desire to build and support relationships and expand product use within a customer environment.
  • Either having broad experiences with SaaS products (data vendors) or super-fast learner (data integration, data science, ETL/ELT, Jupyter, MLFlow, API…).
  • Be fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
  • Possess good judgment with consultative, problem solving, and escalation resolution skills.
  • Have proven project management skills demonstrated by successfully delivered past projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive the value of Keboola through managing a portfolio of 3-5 Enterprise Accounts.
  • Be the single point of contact for the stakeholders in the customer’s teamIdentify new expansion opportunities (upsell or cross‐sell) through customer engagements; bringing new projects with significant value for the customers.
  • In coordination with the PS consultant team, be the primary driver of the adoption for the new clients and new teams.
  • Perform strategic and opportunistic account planning.
  • Perform account reviews and health checks and present findings and recommendations to customers.
  • Organize presentations/workshops demonstrating new Keboola features and capabilities.
  • Be an internal advocate for customer needs and feature requests across product, support, and engineering.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance through demonstrable knowledge of the Keboola product, solutions, and methodologies.
  • Drive customer case studies and use-cases and share them back to the company (marketing, sales).
  • Oversee customer projects on Keboola’s side and coordinate with the PS or partner consultant teams.
