SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a detection engineering and hunting role with an enterprise organization
- Experience distributing and maintaining endpoint software applications at scale (sysadmin or devops experience preferred)
- Strong in operating system level diagnostics and a proficiency in troubleshooting Linux, macOS, and Windows systems
- Experience scripting (Python preferred)
- Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders

Responsibilities:
ROLE
Prelude is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be a subject matter expert to our customers and partners. This person will be responsible for building and managing the technical strategy and implementation plans for Prelude customers.
This role is part of a broader collaborative team including engineering, product management and customer success with the primary goal of ensuring a successful outcome. The TAM is the sole point of contact for demonstrating, installing, configuring, customizing and supporting Prelude products.
Our ideal candidate is adept at solving and facilitating customer questions, issues, and other related matters. A successful candidate is passionate about customer experience and will become a Prelude subject matter expert, providing recommendations to the internal team for best commercial practices.
JOB DUTIES
- Work with customer engineering teams to deploy Prelude’s software in their environment
- Analyze technical/integration requirements and develop technical solutions for customer review and consideration, and once approved, integrate into the customer’s infrastructure
- Address technical problems associated with Prelude software and provide support with direct reach back into the Prelude security and platform teams
- Support product implementation/operation and participate in hands-on implementation of Prelude endpoint products, as specified by our customers and partners
- Provide customer support, including planning, engineering, implementation, technical resource assessment, consultant task management, and training requirements
- Understand and administer the best application for deploying probes in customer’s networks
- Prepare and deliver documentation to support accurate implementation/operation of new capabilities supporting live operating environments
