Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert and interface between the installation subcontractor and in-house engineering and advise on the resolution of defects and technical queries
- To be the interface between the installation subcontractor and client for resolution of defects and technical queries
- Give hands on training to subcontractors where required
- Document, report, and archive all the required quality and as built documentation using various software management tools and databases
- Reading, interpreting and understanding work instructions and relaying information and key points to sub-contractors
- Assist with Site inspections and audits as directed by Install Lead or Site Manage
