QUALIFICATIONS:
- Flexibility to work shifts within the 8:00 am-7:00 pm EST.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and statutory holidays when required.
- 5+ years of experience in application support on distributed technologies hands-on required.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Aspire, Jira, AWS, GCP
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science is required.
Responsibilities:
- Exposure/understanding of job scheduler, orchestration tools, and middleware integration platforms. Aspire Application knowledge would be essential.
- Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with data warehouse platforms, and ETL tools/processes.
- Support for Cloud Platforms (GCP or AWS)
- Desire to learn and expand knowledge of the firm and the technology environment in use; develop an understanding of the business requirements of the firm.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues with various software components.
- Good knowledge of Debugging, defect fixing and maintenance of software programs/code/application
- Experience in working with external vendors to provide application support.
- Deploy fixes to lower environments, test and promote to higher environments.
- SDLC and Change Management process experience and knowledge (working experience with ITIL tool)
