• Flexible/Hybrid working arrangement

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client and insurance claims

This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

• A strong customer service focus
• Commercial claims experience, with a strong working knowledge of Financial Lines
• Experience taking on additional role responsibilities with the ability to take on senior tasks
• Ability to work and positively contribute as a member of the team
• Ability to apply a fit for purpose project management approach
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
• Outcome focussed – able to overcome obstacles and deliver designated outcomes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
