Job Description
ADGA is looking for a Technical Architect for one of our Government of Canada clients working on a project to move the existing EMDM service (more specifically the BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) portion to a dedicated BlackBerry cloud hosted environment to improve service stability, scalability, and business continuity.
This service is currently hosted on-premises using BlackBerry’s proprietary Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) software. There are several service impacting issues that continue to be experienced with operating the EMDM service in Data Centres which moving to the BlackBerry Cloud would reduce these issues. The proposed resource is to assist in the development, deployment and transition to vendor hosted Blackberry EMDM solution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The proposed resource should demonstrate experience in providing knowledge transfers and cross training
- The proposed resource should demonstrate experience with writing and communicating in solution development.
- Experience designing and testing Microsoft Exchange in a classified/secret environment for up to 1500 users
- Demonstrated experience with Mobile Threat Defence products such as Lookout MES.
- Experience supporting and engineering a BlackBerry UEM MDM solution with a BlackBerry Dynamics configuration in a classified / secret environment for up to 1500 users.
- Experience supporting, engineering, and addressing issues with encrypted email (S/MIME) with BlackBerry Dynamics using Entrust Derived Credentials.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to implement vendor solution
- Facilitate the required technologies to implement the solution to meet technical and business requirements
- Contribute to the implementation of the technical design of the Cloud solution and transition of users
