ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Automation Technical Authority Expert secure activities that combine analytical and design skills with appropriate knowledge of software and hardware technology to define, design, build, test, implement and modify computer systems that contain software as the main component.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with technical architects and other IT teams and have strong technology skill.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive automation for all the automation projects/initiatives for the assigned Customers.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining an automation pipeline according with business targets for their assigned Customer throughout the year.
  • Responsibility in taking measures in case of any malfunctioning of the tools used in automation for the assigned Customer, offers on-call support in Ops & SDAP incidents.
  • Offers support for all team members from technical and procedure perspective.
  • Interacts with direct manager and transversal functions (MSDM, Ops LM, CPM, SM, AA, SA, AE, DMs) in governance meetings, offering support and counsel as per their knowledge.
  • Acts as point of contact during technical and critical issue taking lead in order to solve the situation/ incident.
  • Supports proactively the team manager in supervising and improving performance of team members through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Gets involved proactively in all topics related to business continuity management.
  • Acts as back-up for direct manager in their absence.
  • Offers technical and resource expertise in building cost estimations when requested by direct manager. Gives in new project set-ups by proposing or assessing various implementation scenarios when requested by direct manager.
  • Develop & maintain solutions based on automation use case candidates.
  • Identify Automation Opportunity areas and clarify requirements.
  • Provide domain expertise to domain support and automated operations team and analytics team to support analytics and automation use cases.
  • Develop, maintain & improve automated Service Delivery methodologies.
  • Verify and approve Method of Procedure (MoP) / Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for developing automations.
  • Conduct demos for the Automation/Scrum Team to understand the requirements/user stories.
  • Work closely with Scrum Teams across the automation development from Idea to Delivery and provide with Telcom Technical Expertise.
  • Lead User Acceptance Tests and highlight deviations / Bugs / Defects.
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum standard methodologies and new trends.
  • Builds activity report or any requested report by the direct superior.
  • Access to all vital information to carry out the assigned responsibilities effectively.
