Responsibilities:
- As a Business Analyst in Digital Change & Service Improvement, you will analyse complex business problems from a user-centric perspective. Your focus will be on determining how technology can best meet business needs. Utilising a variety of industry tools, techniques and data, you will explore different options and work closely with stakeholders to understand and articulate these needs.
- You will actively identify and develop both technical and functional requirements to promote continuous improvement. This could involve initiating new projects or suggesting changes to existing business processes. While seeking opportunities for enhancement, you will be responsible for owning the delivery of these improvements, either through coordination with subject matter experts or through direct involvement.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align business operations with the digital strategy. You will contribute to the management of resources and prioritisation of projects, assisting in ensuring successful delivery and benefits realisation.
