Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will align information technology systems with business operations by analysing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and finding innovative solutions. Your duties include providing expert technical knowledge on key platforms and system integration and you will work with our business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate these into functional and non-functional requirements through a range of techniques including interviews, elaboration workshops and technical specifications. You will deliver system impact assessments, gap analysis and ensure technical specifications and other technical artefacts are of high quality and provided within agreed timeframes. Working closely with our test teams – both internal and external, you will participate in testing and analysing test results. You will build a detailed knowledge and understanding of the core platforms that can be used to ensure all changes are designed to uphold the integrity of Great Southern Bank’s core application service delivery.
