Responsibilities:
As we work our way through our transformational journey our objective is to support our people and business to provide great customer experiences and build a modular, digitised insurance business. With the ongoing growth our business is experiencing, we need only the best talent to help us deliver on our business goals. As such, we are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join us on this exciting journey and be a part of our Insurance Platforms, Claims Team.
In this role you will be the conduit between business subject matter experts and agile development teams. You will actively support application activities and projects within IAG Technology Services Department where you’ll play a significant role in eliciting and documenting requirements, delivering solution analysis and delivery estimates, provide analytical direction and be the trusted advisor to all key stakeholders.
You will review and contribute to technical designs, describing the solution to fulfil functional specifications to ensure traceability to business requirements.
This is a full time, permanent role that is open for Sydney/ Melbourne location and involves a hybrid work model.
