Description:

QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical qualification and have experience of working in a similar Technical Compliance role
  • Understanding of AP/RP/CP duties relating to Healthcare
  • Undertake AP duties where best attributed to skill set
  • Rounded educational background
  • Good communication skills verbal/written
  • Experience in document control is highly desirable
  • Experience in weighting schedules, contract variation notices in relation to PFI
  • Excellent IT skills with Microsoft applications and other in-house IT Management systems (Maximo) (preferred)
  • Organisation skills. This role requires the ability to input into personal work objectives, take a proactive approach to work and the ability demonstrate good time management skills, working to client and Equans deadlines and adhering to set procedures.
  • Credible experience within Technical Compliance role
  • Good understanding of Statutory Compliance and HTM
  • Maintaining registers and updating CAFM system

Responsibilities:

Fundamental aspects of the role include support for Technical and Operational Management for the Blackburn which might include additional staff in the future:

  • Liaison with each department to ensure the collation of the RBM Technical compliance data for release to Project Co.
  • Support in reviewing technical subcontractor reports and instructing remedial works
  • Clear understanding of response and rectification timescales and associated SLAs in regards to PFI contracts
  • Document control and processing
  • Data Analysis associated with planned and reactive maintenance systems
  • Statutory Compliance updates and monitoring.
  • Maintenance of O&M manuals
  • Provide technical support to engineers when required
  • Asset register management associated with MAXIMO or other system, updating and removal of assets as required
  • Engineering support of issued works orders
  • Contractor engagement and monitoring
  • Complete CCL reconciliation, PAT testing downloads ready for costing, potential finance interrogation of extra works outside the PFI estate
  • Updates to USR-Unique site reference drawings (knowledge of CAD desired and training would be given if required)
  • General operational administrative support as required working closely with the Helpdesk in the monitoring and compliance of PPM’s capture all CVN’
