In this role you will have the opportunity to
Deploy and support IT solutions such as Advanced visualization (AV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for radiology, offered by the Philips Health IT division. These information management solutions help medical teams to better take care of millions of patients.

Your role:

  • Install and configure CI IT solutions: Advanced visualization (AV) application server, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Perform software upgrades in version upgrade.
  • Realize remote support of solutions, managing customer calls and acts to fix issues.
  • Validate the prerequisites and deploy the technical solutions in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Validation of the solutions proposed in pre-sales. Provide solutions to customers in the event of specific requests.
  • Provide detailed technical documents for configurations and settings.
  • You are the guarantor of the passage into production on the technical level of the installed solutions.
  • Share user feedback, points of improvement and correction of the system with the Quality and Development teams.
  • Review customer feedback to make recommendations for engineering changes, if any.
  • Participate in project retrospectives to determine areas for future improvement.
  • 30% travel to be expected.

You’re the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science.
  • Min 2 years of experience in IT deployment and/or IT support (ideally in a hospital setting).
  • Excellent IT skills, team spirit, interpersonal skills and pedagogy to provide the best service to our customers.
  • Fluent English & Italian - mandatory
  • Experience in medical IT - an advantage
  • Good skills in IT trouble shooting, logs analysis correlated to solution usages.

Required technical knowledge:

  • DICOM Interface, HL7 Interface,
  • Network: knowledge of hospital network as protocols and limitation
  • Infrastructure: Windows servers, virtualization, Hyper-V, Vmware,
  • SQL database
  • Product: Application server,
  • Control of hospital workflow actors: GAM, HIS; RIS, PACS, Modalities
