Technical Consultant

The Technical Team forms part of a global network of software development teams responsible for developing and supporting Mintra software solutions. The Technical Consultant will focus on system installations, upgrades, testing, application monitoring, data migration and provision of technical support to Mintra customers. This role can be based remotely in UK, Norway or Cyprus.

COMPETENCE & SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years college education in IT / Technology (bachelor’s degree)
• Fluent English
• ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude and motivation to do whatever necessary to complete the job
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
• A highly organised and structured approach to work

• Software installations and upgrades – on-boarding new customers.
• Customer contact, technical support, and advisory services to national and international customers.
• Working closely with customers and their technical team.
• Support Mintra product development and testing.
• Contributing author of online documentation and guidance for customers.
• Ongoing evaluation and improvement of internal processes.
• Monitoring system performance and analysing data.
