Responsibilities:
REPORTING TO THE DESIGN SUPPORT MANAGER THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Working with product owners and stakeholders (Design Support, Customer Support (GPS), Engineers, SMEs, etc.) to create, and maintain various internal and external digital content and publications including but not limited to technical and product guides, and customer facing digital content.
- Contribute to developing, improving, and innovating processes and methods, deliberating the most informative and engaging ways to convey information, and how that information can support digital content and publications in various interactive environments.
- Assisting in monitoring content development needs to address any gaps, and assist in reporting and supporting effective management, and execution of published content and change histories.
- Supporting members of the Digital Media & Publications Team with content management, and other tasks where necessary.
- Supporting members of other QTL teams with Engineering Change actions, and other tasks where necessary.
- Create, edit, and maintain, digital content and publications necessary to ensure technical support of Group products.
- Liaise with other Group sites, external suppliers, and customers when necessary.
- Implement changes and update digital content and publications for current products, through the Design Support Team change management process.
- Ensure that always, in the discharge of responsibilities, the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act are met.
