Technical Controller *Must registered in BCA for BLS*

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in planning and managing resources effectively to achieve objectives.
• Support accurate tracking of project costs to meet budget targets.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled with customers during project execution.
• Manage quality control and health and safety activities during project execution.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on financial status, execution strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors, including regular site visits and oversight during work execution.
• Participate in discussions about project/service strategy development and deployment.Provide technical support to the sales team during sales development and identify potential sales opportunities during project execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in building works execution, preferably in the Energy Industry.
• Familiarity with the Building Control Act by BCA and experience in personally supervising building works in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge or experience in executing turnkey projects.
• Understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, and project management principles.
• Knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Project Management certification is a plus.
