We have a great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a renowned Developer out of their regional office in Reading.
Responsibilities:

- Coordinating crucial information, engineering, and working drawing packages, as well as securing all required technical approvals and permissions.
- Providing technical feedback to the Senior Technical Manager
- Communicating with colleagues, consultants, and contractors to prepare submission materials and acquire Planning, Building Regulations, and other necessary approvals.
- Ensuring alignment with the needs of internal and external stakeholders and upholding the Organisation’s quality standards in design and construction.
- Actively contributing to the evaluation of design developments, new products, and construction techniques through participation in collaborative reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with a residential developer.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of high-rise residential projects.
- Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to interpret and review technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Proficient in relevant software and tools.
