We are currently working with a residential developer seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their growing business. You will join a company with strong financial backing and an extensive pipeline of current and future work, focusing on a high value, complex regeneration scheme in East London. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of technical drawings, with a good understanding of residential development construction.

• To assist in the management of external consultants and production of drawings for the design of site developments
• Liaise, appoint and coordinate external professionals
• The procurement of working drawings and associated information that enables a site commencement and issue externally supplied information
• Coordinate the production of layouts and working drawings
• Assist in the fee negotiation and appointment of consultants
• Ensure updated group drawings are issued in accordance with department procedures
