Job Description

• Coordinate with the team for execution of their daily schedules
• Plan the inspections, audits and trainings schedules.
• Deliver the daily tasks assigned by project manager
• Develop report, maintain dashboards and manage related applications
• Create and maintain comparative analysis
• Review inspections reports and follow up for closure of NC’s

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree
• ADPHC knowledge
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field with good command in HSE field as specialist/ coordinator
• NEBOSH- IGC is required
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical skills with proven experience in data dashboards and presentations
• Excellent scheduling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong customer service orientation
