As our company grows, we are looking for the brightest minds across multiple disciplines to join our teams in New York, London, and Tel Aviv.

In this role you will:

  • Curate a deep understanding of the Rivery product, the ELT space and Data Operations.
  • Manage the onboarding and ongoing success for 40-60 new and existing Rivery customers.
  • Use creative problem solving to drive platform adoption and increase product stickiness, making Rivery an essential part of the client’s Tech Stack.
  • Deliver & communicate ROI based on your comprehensive understanding of your client’s measurements of success throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Become a trusted partner and advisor for the client on their entire data strategy.
  • Proactively promote new product features and updates to clients.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure successful commercial outcomes, leading to renewals and expansion across a portfolio of clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client teams to drive advocacy and education.

Required skills:

  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • 5-10 years overall relevant professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role, with at least 1 year experience working in a SaaS B2B data-related company.
  • Experience in SaaS technical and data products and the data operations space (e.g. ELT, data orchestration, etc.), with a strong technical aptitude and desire for continued learning.
  • Experience writing SQL and a strong understanding of ELT concepts and best practices. Python experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Experience using Cloud Data Warehouses and building and operating data pipelines in the cloud.
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Stellar outside-the-box thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Excitement for a start-up environment where you can improve team operations and make an impact.
  • Strong process- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities, being able to explain technical concepts and features to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing).
  • Fluency in English is required.
