Responsibilities:

Thanks to an expanding project portfolio, we have a new, exciting opportunity for a Technical Director to join our growing Geotechnical team, based in Auckland. Your focus will be primarily on New Zealand and Australian projects, but you will also support other offices globally by providing internal support services related to tunnelling, foundations, retaining structures and slopes and ground interpretations on civil infrastructure projects.
As part of the wider Geotechnical team, working with internal and external clients, you will manage geotechnical projects, prepare designs, specifications and plan, write and review technical reports. You’ll also be responsible for providing expert advice to our contractor partners during construction, train and mentor our junior team members as well as attend client meetings and manage the client interface on progressively larger and more complex projects.
